Cellulite and fat

Most women still associate cellulite with fat. Of course, cellulite is located in places where fat cells are swollen, but losing weight alone cannot solve the problem. After the massage it is time to apply the essential oils to the skin. Essential oils should never be used pure, but should always be mixed with a natural base oil such as almond oil, olive oil or grapeseed oil.
The best essential oils to reduce and remove cellulite are:

  • Rosemary
  • Grapefruit
  • Cypress
  • Geranium

You can use these oils separately or mix them. Mixing is best because each oil has different properties and therefore tackles a different cause of cellulite.
The oils take quite a while to fully absorb into the skin. Continue massaging towards the heart and in circular movements until the oil is completely absorbed into the skin. The full massage (loofah + rolling-squeezing + application of essential oils) easily takes 30 to 40 minutes.

Tips
