Nervousness, stress and anxiety.

Too much tension in your inner self can manifest itself in many ways, the most common being nervousness and anxiety.
One can feel agitated, feel lonely, be afraid, or easily argue. But also living past your partner. Flushing, sweating, breathing difficulties, stomach complaints, headaches, palpitations, and so on .
Nervousness and stress can occur at any time and can have various causes. The most common are perhaps: Worries (about yourself but also about others), high work pressure, relationship problems, health problems, fear of exams, ruined working atmosphere, bullying at school or work. But over-fatigue can also play a major role.
It is important to find out what the cause of the nervousness, stress or anxiety is. Try to address those issues. If you have any concerns, discuss them with someone, this could be your partner, your brother, sister, friend or even your GP. Are there problems at work? Discuss this with your boss or company doctor. Bullying at school? Talk to your parent(s) or teacher about it. Worried about debts? Debt counseling can then be a solution. Inquire about this with the Municipality. Try to tackle the problems head on. If stress and anxiety dominate your life, then by all means go to the doctor.
Stress cannot always be avoided, but talk to someone about it. Try to do fun things. Provide relaxation. That could be reading a book, but also taking a walk in the woods or on the beach. Make yourself a list of things you would like to do that fit within your capabilities. Look at what things can be achieved in the short term and try to do them. Try to make a realistic list.
