Velasmooth and Velashape – Reduce cellulite

Velasmooth and Velashape are the most efficient methods available to reduce and remove cellulite and to lose weight locally. The devices can also be used on the face to prevent and reduce signs of skin aging.

Difference between Velasmooth and Velashape

Although both devices are still in use, Velasmooth is in fact the predecessor to Velashape. The difference is in the efficiency and speed of the results and therefore also in the price. Velashape is a lot more expensive per treatment, but you need far fewer sessions for the same results as with Velasmooth. Velashape has the additional advantage that it feels more pleasant and hurts less.
Both methods use infrared light (IR), bipolar radio frequency (RF) and a connective tissue massage roller for local slimming. This causes the fat cells to shrink and fat, fluid and waste products are removed via the lymphatic system. Skin elasticity also improves because collagen and elastin production is stimulated.

Infrared light (IR)

The infrared light goes to a depth of 5 mm. It ensures better blood circulation, better elasticity of the skin and it warms the fatty tissue.

Bipolar radio frequency (RF)

The bipolar radiofrequency ensures increased oxygen absorption and skin tightening. It goes to a depth of 15 mm.

Connective tissue massage roller

The connective tissue massage roller ensures the dissolution of adhesions, as well as improved lymphatic drainage of fat, fluid and waste.
Velashape also includes depresso massage , which helps loosen adhesions (the main reason why cellulite is so difficult to get rid of).

Orange peel, breeches, love handles, sagging skin

Velashape and Velasmooth are suitable for reducing the following problems:

  • Orange peel
  • Breeches
  • Love handles
  • Local fat rolls
  • Poor blood circulation in the skin
  • Difficult to lose weight locally
  • Skin sagging
  • Wrinkles

Velasmooth and Velashape are suitable for both men and women.

How does the treatment proceed?

A treatment takes approximately 35 minutes. Both Velasmooth and Velashape resemble a vacuum cleaner. The beautician massages the skin in circular movements with the head of these devices until it becomes red and warm. This heat increases to such an extent that blisters can appear on the skin. This only happens when the epidermis contains too little moisture. If your skin has poor blood circulation, you may also experience bruising during the first sessions. On the other hand, you will visibly reduce cellulite and local fat rolls and your skin will become a lot firmer.

  • If possible, choose Velashape. It is a lot more expensive, but the results are better and faster. In the bargain, it hurts less.
  • Velasmooth and Velashape have an even better effect if you combine them with Mesotherapy.
  • Pay attention to your diet and lifestyle.
  • Drink plenty of water, especially after the treatment.

Velasmooth costs 650 euros for ten treatments and 75 euros for a maintenance treatment. Count on two treatments per week for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks.
Velashape costs 750 euros for 6 treatments (you don’t need more). A maintenance service costs 140 euros.
