Stop osteoarthritis and acidification of cartilage

A good way to combat osteoarthritis is by deacidifying the cartilage environment. Deacidification can be done by increasing the sodium bicarbonate level in the blood, which can be tackled in two ways.

1. Drinking alkaline water

2. Taking bicarbonate tablets

Results can be expected within a few weeks from drinking alkaline water or taking bicarbonate tablets. Only if the cartilage is seriously acidified, an effect can only be expected after a few months. In Japan and Korea, deacidification by drinking alkaline water has been practiced for decades. In the US and Germany, a healthy acid balance is also considered increasingly important in the fight against rheumatic diseases such as osteoarthritis.
